A friendly, reliable and safety-minded school bus driver is wanted in Williams, Western Australia, for Term 4 of the 2026 school year.

This is a rewarding paid role for someone who enjoys driving, working with people and helping local students travel safely to and from school each day.

Williams is a small rural community approximately 161 km southeast of Perth, surrounded by the Dryandra Woodland and a strong farming region known for sheep, cropping and cattle.

The role

As a school bus driver, you’ll provide safe, punctual and professional transport for students on school days.

Duties include:

✅ Driving students safely to and from school
✅ Completing morning and/or afternoon school runs
✅ Maintaining a professional and friendly relationship with students and families
✅ Following all transport and safety requirements
✅ Helping provide a dependable service to the local community

What they’re looking for

Applicants should have:

✅ Current LR driver’s licence appropriate for the vehicle
✅ Passenger Transport Driver authorisation, or willingness to obtain it
✅ Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain one
✅ First Aid qualification, or willingness to obtain it
✅ Safe driving record
✅ Strong commitment to student safety
✅ Good communication skills
✅ Patient, dependable and friendly approach

Previous experience driving buses, trucks or passenger vehicles would be helpful but is not essential.
